Ace Afrobeats singer and record label owner, David Adeleke aka Davido and his wife, Chioma are currently trending on social media following reports that the latter just put to bed.
Davido had earlier labelled his wife ‘Mama Ibeji’ (mother of twins) in one of his songs on his Album, ‘Timeless’
In a song titled ‘In The Garden’, which features Morravey, Davido in his lyrics said, “Abi mo Meji, mama Ibeji”.
However, a leaked WhatsApp chat which made the rounds recently, suggested that Davido and Chioma welcomed a set of twins.
Their fans on social media claimed one Evangelist Gospel Agochukwu on Tuesday, October 10, shared the chat with an individual suspected to be Davido on his church’s Facebook page

In chat, the singer and his wife, who lost their son, Ifeanyi Adeleke in October 2022, were said to have welcomed a set of twins.
Apart from the leaked chat, human rights activist Darlington Chidera Ibekwe, in a post via his verified page on Facebook, also shared the good news.
He claimed the couple, who lost their son Ifeanyi in a tragic accident last year, welcomed twins in the United States.
Taking to his social media page he wrote: “Popular afrobeats singer, Davido, just welcomed a set of twins with his wife, Chioma, in the United States today, the 9th of October, 2023.
“Congratulations to the Adeleke’s.

9th October, 2023″
Davido and Chioma are yet to confirm the report, however, their fans have stormed the social media page of the celebrity chef to inquire about her well being.
An IG user identified as, chiomy_blinks wrote: “Stay safe chef chi.”
Another internet user, shi2_jmk said: “Chioma we love you. U crossed my mind this morning I’ll be so happy if the news is actually true.”
ezekwepreciousamara added: “Double is coming lovely sis.” jane_ilopes: “I hope you’re fine my baby girl ❤️. You crossed my mind this morning. Take gud care of yourself okay.”
While teenah_01 wrote: “All the best Chioma. Stay safe. We all miss you.”
