Ariana Grande via a social media post called on her followers to register and vote for Kamala Harris in November

American singer, songwriter and actress, Ariana Grande, has thrown her weight behind the United States Vice President, Kamala Harris as she seeks to run as the Democratic Party’s candidate in the November presidential election.
The American pop star made her decision known via a post on her official Instagram page.
Grande’s decision comes after President Joe Biden stepped down as the Democratic Party’s candidate on Sunday and endorsed his deputy as the party’s flag bearer.
Taking to his X handle, the president tweeted, “Today I want to offer my full support and endorsement for Kamala to be the nominee of our party this year.”

Sharing a picture of Biden and Kamala Harris via her verified social media handle, Ariana Grande called on her followers to register and vote for the Democratic Party.
“Register to vote,” she captioned the photo.
Prior to this, while speaking in an interview with CNN on Sunday night, US former president and Republican Party candidate, Donald Trump welcomed Biden’s withdrawal from the Presidential race.
He also bragged that Kamala Harris would be easier to defeat in the November poll.
Meanwhile, according to The Hill, Kamala Harris has secured over a quarter of the delegates needed to win the Democratic Presidential nomination so far.
