Wunmi made the comment amid speculations of an attempt to cover up Mohbad’s autopsy report due to her culpability

Wunmi Aloba, wife of the late Nigerian singer, Ileriowa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, has reacted to the release of her late husband’s autopsy report.
Speaking via her Instagram page after the report was made public, the widow urged her deceased husband “not to sleep” in death.
He comment came amid speculations of an attempt to cover up Mohbad’s autopsy report due to her culpability and allegations bothering on paternity fraud.
However, while disclosing the result of the toxicology test carried out on the late music star on Wednesday, one of the lawyers in the case and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Wahab Shittu, said the autopsy could not ascertain the cause of Mohbad’s death.

Addressing journalists after the coroner’s inquest, the senior lawyer said the pathologist, in his submission in court, said that at the time the test was carried out, the body of the singer had already decomposed.
He said: “According to him, the cause of death cannot be determined.
“He gave a lot of reasons. He said by the time they conducted the test, the body had decomposed and that it is not possible for them to determine the cause of death. So the summary he is saying is that the cause of death cannot be ascertained and when you say the cause of death cannot be ascertained, it means it is suspicious, it is not clear, no particular reason.”
Shittu, however, noted that the pathologist said the cause of the death could be attributed to a reaction to certain drugs administered to him before he died.
Reacting to the autopsy report, Wunmi shared a post in Yoruba language on her verified social media handle, saying. ‘
“Ilerioluwa masun”, which when translated means “Ilerioluwa do not sleep.”
