Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) All Stars runner-up, Mercy Eke, has once again admitted that her romantic entanglement with fellow contestant, Whitemoney during the reality show was part of her strategies to get votes from viewers.
She made the revelation while featuring as a guest on a programme anchored by popular media personality, Toke Makinwa.
Clarifying the relationship that existed between her and the former BBNaija winner during the interview, Mercy said “My alliance with WhiteMoney was a gameplay strategy to campaign for votes.”

The 2019 winner of the popular reality show went on to define her relationship with another male BBNaija All Stars housemate, Kiddwaya.
Reacting to a question on the kiss she shared with Kiddwaya while on the show, Mercy said “It was a goodbye kiss, as he had been up for eviction that week and had left the next day.”
Mercy during her stay in the Biggie’s house shared intimate moments with some male housemates but her continuous mention of Whitemoney’s name even after his eviction sparked rumours of a romantic connection with him.
Meanwhile, BBNaija All Stars finalist, Pere Egbi has revealed what got him attracted to his colleague, Mercy Eke.
The actor made the disclosure on Monday during his interview with former Big Brother Titans contestant, Miracle OP, on Sabi Radio.
According to him, Mercy’s dedication to God played a pivotal role in forging a connection between them.
He further explained that he observed that Mercy always read her Bible while they were in Biggie’s house and this left a lasting impression on him.
While addressing the issue, Pere noted: “On her bed was a small bible; that night, I took a peak in the blue room and she was reading the bible. When you see Mercy, you won’t think she’s the type of person who is that spiritual with God. And every time, you see her praying every day.”
