The Citizens reduced the deficit three minutes into the second half when Gabriel Jesus turned his marker inside the area before passing to Grealish who smashed it into the roof of the net.
Man City then scored a second in the 90th minute when a shot by Riyad Mahrez was kept out by Alisson’s leg only for Bernardo Silva to slot the rebound into the empty net to make 2-3.
The Reds held on to win the game and will now play Chelsea or Crystal Palace, who play each other on Sunday in the final of this year’s FA Cup.
