The Police Public Relations Officer in Lagos State Command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, has berated rising music star, Ayomide Mafoluku Ayodele, better known as Ayo Maff over “indecent” lyrics in his latest song ‘Last Week.’
In the opening verse of the song, the singer bragged about using Canadian Loud, an imported strong synthetic strain of cannabis, on the first day of the week and contacting his dealer that he had run out of the substance on Saturday.
Reacting to a viral snippet of the song on social media platform X, SP Hundeyin expressed worry about the lyrics.

He went on to say half of the youths in prison wouldn’t be there if they didn’t indulge in drug abuse.
He further noted that there is fire on the mountain, adding that illicit drugs are a precursor for crime.
Speaking via his verified social media page, Hundeyin tweeted, “He does what on Mondays and Saturdays? Help me listen.
“Like Asa said, there is fire on the mountain and nobody seems to be on the run…
“Fact: Half of the young ones in prison today wouldn’t be there if they didn’t do drugs. Drugs is a precursor to everything bad.
