BBNaija ‘Lockdown’ ex-housemate Terseer Waya popularly known as Kiddwaya has explained why Nigerian artistes shunned David Adeleke a.k.a Davido despite his recent achievement.
The BBNaija star opined that the colleagues of the ace singer did not celebrate him despite his feat as one of the artistes who sang the 2022 FIFA World Cup soundtrack because he is from a rich home.
In a now deleted tweet, Kiddwaya stated that those who hate Davido are the ones with problems, adding that hatred for celebrities who were born into rich homes is on the high side.
He also noted that Davido is not alone, saying he and DJ Cuppy are also treated with disdain in the entertainment industry because of their affluent background.

In another post, the 29-year-old Kiddwaya took a swipe at celebrities who shunned the singer, wondering why they would hate their colleague who made history and made Nigerians proud.
He asserted that Davido is the first Nigerian artist to be on the FIFA soundtrack and added that their validation is now late and no longer needed.
He wrote, “You hate us because we born rich. Sounds like a mother fucking YOU problem”.
“First Nigerian Artist to be on the FIFA soundtrack and my people hate? The validation is not needed no more. That’s the beauty of being global”. he added.
Meanwhile, Davido recently spoke about the level of hatred for him in the music industry, pointing out how no artiste celebrated his newest achievement or posted the news on their social media pages.
