The spokesperson of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council, Festus Keyamo, has said the party’s standard bearer, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is not duty-bound to reveal his health status and whereabouts to Nigerians because he is not the president yet.

Keyamo made the assertion while affirming that the APC presidential flag bearer is out of the country but in good health during an interview on Arise TV on Thursday morning.

The minister added that he had a conversation with the former Lagos State Governor’s son, Seyi Tinubu, before coming on the show and he assured him that Tinubu was fine.

Keyamo said, “He’s hale, hearty and healthy. He’s out of the country for a number of days. No controversy, about his whereabouts. And he’s not a president to issue statements as to his whereabouts.

“And I spoke with his son this morning. I spoke with Seyi and he said Asiwaju is fine. He was sleeping.”

Keyamo went on to say when Tinubu’s campaign starts, it will be centred on three things, the record of APC, his records as the governor of Lagos and the manifestoes.
