Nigerian dance queen, Kaffy Ameh, is not resting on her oars. The mother of two, who danced her way into the Guinness Book of Records years ago, has a clothing line with the name Yanga and recently released dance video to teach her fans dance routines to some of favourite Nigeria tunes.
The suave business woman seems to be a good listener. Although she is preparing for Ijoda Dance Tour, she is set to fulfil the dreams of some other fans.
Based on demand, she will open a dance camp for kids as young as seven years. The camp, according to her, is designed to use the art of dance as a tool for mind-building and empowerment for the young minds that needed to be fed mentally and physically.
The art of dance possesses power which is beyond simple movements. It is a craft of the productive mind.
Participants would be mentored and inspired by Kaffy and her team of art and corporate professionals as well as celebrities in the various activities that include mentorship session, career counselling, debates, celebrity visits, autograph signing, and dance and fitness classes.
A plus to the exciting camping session that will hold in August when the kids would be on break in school is that outstanding campers have the opportunity to get dance scholarships into Kaffy’s dance Academy, IMAGNETO.
