Kaduna Police Command announces procedure in the ongoing recruitment of 10,000 constables
The Kaduna State Police Command has assured all candidates in the recruitment exercise in the state of their safety during the the conclusion of the ongoing 2020 nationwide recruitment of 10,000 constables into the force
This was contained in a statement issued by the Kaduna police spokesperson, Muhammad Jalige In Kaduna on Tuesday, October 26 2021.
TheNiche learnt that the Kaduna command has called on the applicants to check their names in the comprehensive list pasted at the Police Command Headquarters Bidda Road Kaduna.
The statement advised successful candidates to print out their examination slip which will be presented at the Computer Based Test(CBT) Examination holding on Friday, 29th and Saturday, 30th October, 2021 respectively.
He identified the centers where the CBT examination will be conducted as Dambo International College Barnawa, Sardauna Memorial College (SMC) and Iya Abubakar CBT Center, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, all in Kaduna State.
The Kafuna Command has also said that the candidates are not required to give anything to anybody as the exercise is absolutely free of charge. He also assured them of adequate security coverage during and after the exercise.
“The Command reiterates that the recruitment exercise is absolutely free of charge and without any pecuniary obligation, and warns all and sundry to desist from any form of extortion, as anybody found wanting will be sanctioned accordingly.
The ongoing recruitment is jointly done by the Nigeria Police Force and the Police Service Commission. It is to conclude the 2020 recruitment of 10,000 constables, which was earlier suspended.
The Force spokesman, Frank Mba, in a statement, had advised candidates to check their status on the recruitment portal, www.policerecruitment.gov.ng which will be opened from Monday, October 18, through to Tuesday, October 26, 2021.
