The embattled Minister of State for Petroleum, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, met today with the Group Managing Director of NNPC, Dr. Maikanti Baru, at the 23rd Nigerian Economic Summit in Abuja. It was all banters but nobody is deceived.

The battle is not yet over and this is a war where taking of prisoners is a taboo.
