For the second time since his tenure of office expired on May 29, 2015, former president Goodluck Jonathan Monday visited his successor, President Muhammadu Buhari for about 10 minutes at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
Their meeting held behind closed doors at the New Banquet Hall of the State House lasted barely ten minutes from 2.00pm.
The reason for his visit was not disclosed, but feelers said he visited to brief Buhari on the outcome of the Tanzanian general election to which he led a Commonwealth Observer Group.
