Ipinsagba clinches APC Senate ticket for Ondo North

Ipinsagba is an entrepreneur, political enthusiast and astute businessman with history of running successful Multinational companies.

It was a wide jubilation as Pastor Jide Ipinsagba on Saturday won the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the Ondo North Senatorial Districts at the party’s primary held in Owo for 2023 general election.

Ipinsagba beat four other aspirants to emerge winner.

Pastor Ipinsagba polled 268 votes to defeat his closest rival Ajipe Alex who had 57 votes.

Other aspirants, Rear Admiral Samuel Ilesanmi Alade (Rtd) recorded 7 votes, Elegbeleye Gbenga has 14 votes while 7 ballot papers were voided in the primary.

However, Ipinsagba  while speaking shortly after announcement of the results, appreciated the party delegates who voted for him.

Some members of the party who were Pastor Ipinsagbe supporters who had waited patiently for the announcement of the results started jubilation as they rolled out the drums to celebrate  the victory. 

Pastor Ipinsagba is an entrepreneur, political enthusiast and astute businessman with history of running successful Multinational companies.

He joined the race to offer adequate representation that could bring massive development to ondo North senatorial district.
