Music superstar, Davido, keeps showing why they call him the Baddest as he displays yet another high-level generosity. He bought Diamond necklaces for his 30BG crew worth millions of naira.
But that generosity has been faulted by a social media influencer, Daniel Regha, who said the diamond pendants to members of the 30BG were a misplaced priority.
Regha then chastised Davido for failing to remit a pledge of N20million he promised less privileged Nigerians.
Davido had in March this year, promised to gift 20 Nigerians with N20 million. He had tweeted: ““Country hard right now sha … let’s give 20 m to 20 pple on Friday … send in your business ideas or start-up ideas … more details shortly #Wrblo.”
There is no evidence that Davido has remitted the pledge. He tweeted: “Davido bought his crew customized 30BG chains worth millions, but he’s still owing the public N20m for more than five months now; M!splaced priorities. True wealth is measured in one’s character. He sh¤uld start putting his money to good use, establish companies & employ people.”
The singer’s official jeweller, Benny, released a video to announce that he acquired 23 pieces of expensive diamond pendants for all his 30BG gang members.
