The leading House of Assembly Aspirant in Akure South Constituency 1, Aare Abiodun Oluwarotimi has ruled out the possibility of stepping down ahead of the primary election of the Peoples Democratic Part {PDP) scheduled to take place on 18th May, 2022.

In a statement issued by the Director General of Aare Abiodun Oluwarotimi Campaign Organisation, Apostle Kehinde Omoniyi, said inter alia that Aare Abiodun is tipped to win the forthcoming contest based on his acceptability, popularity, humility, vibrancy, brilliance and credibility in conjunction with other characteristics of a good citizen and ‘Omoluabi’s appellations.

According to him, this puerile gimmick was concocted by those juvenile politicians who are afraid of Aare’s towering political stature and his growing support base among the delegates and leaders of our great party as well as to discourage our teeming supporters and sympathisers both home and abroad.

“Aare Abiodun Oluwarotimi won’t conceive the idea not to talk of implementing stepping down for whatever reason. He is very much in the race. Come 18th of May, our Aspirant, Aare Abiodun has all it takes to become victorious in the primary election. That is the Stark reality.

“He is very capable, experienced, willing and ever ready to make this Constituency great”. The statement asserted.
