BBNaija ‘Double Wahala’ edition ex-housemate, Iheme Faith Uloma, better known as Ifunennada has chastised celebrities planning to campaign for unworthy politicians in the forthcoming elections.
The Nollywood actress took to her Instagram page to curse celebrities who are planning to back fraudulent candidates during the elections for monetary gains.
“Thunder will fire any celebrity that collects money to campaign for useless candidates in the forthcoming elections. We must all put greed aside and do what is right for once,” the TV reality star wrote.

Ifunennada wondered how celebs who have been to countries where the systems work, could come back to Nigeria and campaign for politicians they know do not mean well.
She added, “Lots of you go on vacation to exotic countries – countries that have a good working system. I’m sure if you’re non-Nigerian, Nigeria will be the last place you’d want to vacation because of how everything is messed up
“Yet every election season, some people – especially celebrities manage to sell their destinies in exchange for temporary financial comfort. You all need to do better.”
She went on to advise Nigerians who have shown apathy to voting in the past to change such attitudes and commit to voting for the right candidates this time around.
She added that this has become necessary in the wake of high inflation, poor governance, and falling living standards in the country.
“To those who are always on the fence during elections and never vote, this is not the time to be neutral.”
“Cost of diesel has gone crazy, there’s no fuel, electricity has always been paralysed from day one.
“How will the poor survive? How will businesses survive? I am tired of suffering in my own country. Something has to change.” Ifunennada concluded.
