Arsenal legend Ian Wright demanded an apology from a Sky Sports journalist for sharing misleading information on Arsenal defender, Tomiyasu.

Arsenal legend and football pundit, Ian Wright has asked a Sky Sports journalist to apologise to Gunners’ right back, Tomiyasu, over a text he once shared about the defender.
The Japanese international is one of the players brought in during the past summer
transfer and he was signed for £15.5 million.
During the transfer period, a Sky Sports writer, Kaveh Solhekol publicly shared a text conversation with the player’s agent live on Sky Sports News.

The text revealed by Solhekol suggested
that the 23-year-old’s representative had reservations about his best position and wasn’t sure if the right back would succeed in England.
But the Japanese has settled well at the Emirates and looks like an absolute steal for the price he was bought given his performances so far, especially in Arsenal’s thumping of Leeds United at Elland Road on Saturday.
Reacting to the text shared by the journalist, former Arsenal striker, Ian Wright took to his verified Twitter this morning, to demand an apology from the journalist for the misleading information he posted. ,
He wrote: “Apologies as loud as the disrespect please!!!!! @SkyKaveh”
However, Solhekol’s colleague, Dharmesh Sheth who was in the Sky studio when Wright tweeted, agreed that it seemed inappropriate to share details which honestly embarrassed Tomiyasu.
He added that even though they were not his colleague’s words, revealing the nature of the conversation was a tad suspect, concluding that the defender is the one with the last laugh.
