Leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has said that he is in morning over the death of Afenifere publicity secretary, Yinka Odumakin.
Odumakin died on April 7 at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), after a bout with COVID-19 which he had earlier survived.
Nnamdi Kanu, in a tweet, said Odumakin was one of the bravest man that fought for the freedom of others.
He said: “Yinka Odumakin, you were one of the bravest LIONS that guarded Southern Nigeria. I mourn you. #IPOB mourns. All that crave for FREEDOM in the British created ZOO called Nigeria mourns you. Rest In Peace, my brother.”
