Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, is wondering if his reaction to the Twitter ban in Nigeria would be his last tweet.
The Nigerian government suspended the microblogging app, Twitter, after deleting President Buhari’s tweet which Twitter said was a violation of its term of use. The tweet had referenced the Nigeria, Biafra Civil War and suggested the use of violence to crush secessionist agitators in the South East.
The announcement was made by Minister of Information, Alhaji Lai Mohammed.
While reacting to the ban, Atiku said: :Hopefully, this isn’t my last tweet. #smile”
