Hon Femi Gbajabiamila commiserates with Baba Suwe’s family

Hon Femi Gbajabiamila, Speaker of the House of Representative, has sent his condolences to the family of the late comedian, Baba Suwe

Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon Femi Gbajabiamila, has sent his condolences to the family of the late Nollwood Actor, Babatunde Omidina, a.k.a Baba Suwe, who passed away on Monday.

The Speaker, made the remarks in a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Lanre Lasisi, titled ‘Gbajabiamila mourns Baba Suwe,’

Gbajabiamila in his condolence message noted that Baba Suwe brought joy to many Nigerian homes through his comical talent and acting.  

He, therefore, urged the thespian’s children and family to find solace in the lives he touched using his God-given talent.

He also said Baba Suwe’s death will leave a vacuum too difficult to fill in the entertainment industry.  

Speaker Gbajabiamila extended his condolences to the good people of Ikorodu in Lagos, the Nigerian film industry, and Nigerians, especially the many fans of the talented comedian.

He concluded the commiseration, by praying for the repose of the soul of the departed actor.

Hon Femi Gbajabiamila is from Lagos, where Baba Suwe hails from, he represents Surulere I constituency of Lagos State in the House of Representatives and doubles as the Speaker.
