Unknown gunmen, Sunday, November 15, reportedly stormed the Nuhu Bamali Polytechnic in Zaria, Kaduna State, killed a lecturer and abducted two of his sons. The attack is coming few days to the institution’s second semester examination which was earlier shelved because of the COVID-19 lockdown. .
The identity of the slained lecturer has not been confirmed as at the time of filing this report.
It is also unclear what the motives of the gunmen were in attacking the lecturer.
