Grandma eulogises Burna Boy after getting handbag from him

Burna Boy recently performed in Dakar, Senegal, where his mum, Bose Ogulu dazzled the crowd with her amazing dancing steps

Nigerian singer and songwriter Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy was showered with praises by his grandma after he gifted her a stylish and expensive bag. 

The Grammy award-winner, in a short video that has since gone viral on social media, gave his granny an elegant handbag which left her utterly ecstatic.

In the video, after she got the gift, she began to eulogise the 39-year-old singer,  praising him with some lines from his song, “Yaba Buluku” while she danced away.

Speaking in predominantly Yoruba language, the elated grandma said she would not lend Burna Boy’s mum the handbag no matter what and she went on to hail her grandson.  

She said, “Ha! Burna!! Bose a fe be mi pa kin wa ya (Bose, Burna’s mom, will beg me a lot to borrow her)! Fi le fun (give it to) Burna. Odogwu, you bad!”

The talented singer looked on in amazement as his grandma sang his praises and danced elegantly to his music. 

Meanwhile, Burna Boy’s mum Bose Ogulu showed her dancing skills in Dakar, Senegal at a concert where his son performed recently.  

She did not show any sign of advancement in age, as she danced like a professional, bent down low, whined her waist, turned around, and stole the show.
