The Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah
will today know his fate in the allegations of certificate forgery levelled against him by the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
This is as an Abuja Federal High Court presided over by Justice Inyang Ekwo, will deliver judgment in a suit instituted against NYSC by the governor, challenging the forgery allegations against him.
According to DAILY POST, a notice of judgment delivery in its custody revealed that judgment in the suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/1611/2023 would be handed down in a few hours.

It also reported that sympathizers, political followers and friends of the embarked governor have flooded the courtroom to witness the proceedings.
Governor Mbah had, prior to his inauguration on May 29, sued the NYSC and its Director, Corps Certification, Ibrahim Muhammad, for publishing a disclaimer denying the issuance of a discharge certificate to him on January 6, 2003.
When the suit came up for mention on May 15, Justice Ekwo restrained the NYSC, Muhammad and any of their agents from, henceforth, engaging in such publications pending the hearing and determination of the substantive matter.
