Ghana Beach soccer team joins Copa Lagos 2014

Ghana Beach Soccer Team, the Black Sharks has been confirmed as one of the participating countries in this year’s Copa Lagos Beach Soccer Tournament.

 
The announcement was made by the Chief Executive Officer, Kinetic Sports, organizers of Copa Lagos, Samson Adamu.

 
By this confirmation, Ghana Beach Soccer Team under the management of the Ghana Beach Soccer Association (GBSA) with a robust crop of skillful players will tackle Nigeria Super Sand Eagles, Switzerland and Cote d’ Ivorie beach soccer teams in the round-robin tournament respectively. Currently ranked 8th in Africa, Ghana has demonstrated its passion for beach soccer cultivating two competitive beach soccer leagues in the sub region.

 
Copa Lagos, the highly enthralling international beach soccer festival will hold this year at the Eko Atlantic City, Victoria Island, Lagos, from December 12 to 14 December 2014.
