Mercy Aigbe got a shout out from Nollywood colleague, Funke Akindele on her 44th birthday, and the gesture made her cry

Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has shown her appreciation for the public display of affection on her 44th birthday by Funke Akindele, one of her colleagues in the Nigerian movie industry.
The gesture which made the 44-year-old shed tears, saw Funke Akindele display different pictures of Mercy Aigbe in a video on her Instagram page, declaring love for her and praying for her.
She wrote: ” Happy bday to a darling sister and colleague @realmercyaigbe may you continue to experience God’s favor in all you do. Enjoy the new year darling”

The thoughtful act and kind gesture towards the birthday celebrant, Mercy Aigbe made her shed tears, as she, in turn, prayed for her colleague too.
“Awwwww ,,,, this got me really teary! God bless your beautiful heart Iya Beji, I love you” she responded.
Followers of events in the movie industry will remember Funke Akindele in 2021 subtly pitched her tent with Mercy Aigbe during an online feud with Iyabo Ojo.
During the saga, the creator of Jenifa’s Diary, a series on TV, sent Aigbe a shoutout on Instagram, which suggested she was clapping back at Iyabo Ojo, who had earlier shaded Mercy for lying about being gifted a Range Rover, as she posted:
