Former Watford goalkeeper, Ben Foster has thrown a subtle jab at Manchester United’s embattled defender, Harry Maguire, claiming no club would sign him for £30 million.
The center-back’s place in Erik ten Hag’s team is now under a serious threat after he was dropped to the bench in their 2-1 victory against arch-rival, Liverpool on Monday, August 22.
Foster made the assertion while responding to claims by former Tottenham star, Darren Bent, that at least 12 Premier League clubs would be interested in signing Harry Maguire if Manchester United put him up for sale.

Maguire is going through a difficult spell at Old Trafford and it has led to innuendos that Maguire could leave the club and Bent believes he would have no trouble finding a club if that happens.
“If he [Maguire] was available for £30m, at least 12 Premier League clubs would be in for him.” Darren Bent said on talkSPORT.
Reacting to Bent’s assertion, Foster responded “Chelsea would. I don’t think anyone would pay £30m for him.”
West London club, Chelsea, are said to be interested in the former Leicester City center-back but have not made any concrete offer so far.
