British racing driver competing in Formula One, Lewis Hamilton has made a surprising prediction, saying newly crowned English Premier League (EPL) champions, Man City will not retain the league trophy next season.
According to him, Pep Guadiola’s side will be toppled by North London club, Arsenal, who came second this year in the 2024-25 season.
Man City have been a dominant force under manager Pep Guardiola, securing their fourth consecutive title with a victory over West Ham on Sunday.
The win marks the Citizens fifth Premier League triumph in six seasons, making them the first English team to achieve such a feat.

However, despite their dominance and several pundits’ verdict that Man City will win a 5th straight title in the next campaign, Hamilton believes another team will emerge victorious.
In a post shared on his Instagram story, he tipped Mikel Arteta’s side to win the Premier League title next season.
“Proud of this team. It’s ours next season,” Hamilton posted alongside a picture of Arsenal players.
