The fairy-tale rise of former bread seller-turned model, Olajumoke Orisaguna, seems to have been over as reports say she is facing hard times and her relationship with the father of her two children is strained.

At the moment, Olajumoke is said not have any concrete means of livelihood as most of her contracts have run out and have not been renewed in the last three years since she rose to fame.

Her partner and the father of her two children, Sunday Orisaguna, said their relationship is facing hard times.

According to him, Olajumoke’s parents have refused to the formalization of their relationship.

He said people are reluctant to help them financially because they doubt that they are struggling due to Olajumoke’s sudden rise to fame.

He also said life was better under Olajumoke’s former manager, Azuka Ogujiuba.

Sunday, who sounds suspicious of Olajumoke, said she comes back at odd hours and would not explain her whereabouts, saying he is not in the loop of her activities.

“I just know her manager calls her, they go out and return late. Sometimes she returns as late as past 12 am and without explanations. She doesn’t even tell me where they go and what happens,” he said.

Olajumoke corroborated Sunday’s claim that their relationship is going through rough patches mainly due to financial strains and her nocturnal activities.

Olujumoke rose to fame when she strayed into a photoshoot by Nigerian singer and Photographer, TY Bello.

She subsequently bagged severally endorsement deals with various companies including a deal to offset her rent for five years from Sujimoto, a construction firm.

She is now worried about how she will renew the rent when it runs out.

She featured in CNN, BBC and other international media organisations.
