Football transfer expert, Alex Crook has predicted that former Tottenham Hotspurs boss, Mauricio Pochettino will make a comeback to the North London club after leaving them for PSG 3 years ago.

According to Crook, this is bound to happen because the current Spurs boss, Antonio Conte is expected to return to Italian giants, Juventus and Pochettino will be taking over from him.

Conte, who has now lost two back-to-back games in the Premier League, called for patience and transfer activity on Sunday after his side lost 2-1 to visiting Newcastle.

Despite the defeat, Tottenham retained their third position in the Premier League (PL) table but are now 5 points away from the league leaders and city rivals, Arsenal.

Newcastle are also hot on their heels, as they are now just one point away from them on the log table and next to them in fourth place.

Speaking on talkSPORT after the match Alex Crook said, “I’m going to look into my crystal ball and tell you what happens at Tottenham in the future,”

He added, “Antonio Conte is yet to commit to a new contract. Juventus – Max Allegri is bang under pressure.

“Conte goes back to Juventus, Mauricio Pochettino, wanted by Aston Villa, distances himself because he’s waiting for something bigger, back to Tottenham.

“That is what’s going to happen, you mark my words, you heard it here first.”

Pochettino, who is currently jobless recently rejected an offer from Aston Villa to replace Steven Gerrard who was sacked a couple of days ago.
