Nigerian actor, Richard Mofe-Damijo, has confirmed that business mogul, Femi Otedola has made good his promise to offset the medical bill of Tinsel star, Victor Olaotan.

RMD disclosed via his Instagram page that the businessman has paid $100,000.

An elated RMD said he is overwhelmed by the kind gesture by the businessman which he described as the best valentine gift ever.

“Valentine has come and gone for many but for me I am still overwhelmed by the best valentine gift yet, a text from a man who has in a short space of time become friend and brother @femiotedola confirming that he has released just a little less than $100,000 (USD) for the commencement of the treatment of my brother and friend Victor Olaotan.

“ I just wanted to share this here not to flatter Femi but to reiterate that you are what you do not what you say you will do.
Thank you my brother @femiotedola for proving that you are a man of your words. God bless you.

In December, Otedola promised to take up the hospital bill of the actor following a plea for help by fellow actors.

Olaotan has been bedridden following a ghastly accident in October 2016, which left him unable to use his legs, requiring surgeries.

A Gofundme account was been opened to raise $50,000, about (N18.3 million). The fund is to enable him urgently undergo neuro-rehabilitation; a medical procedure designed to aid recovery from nervous system injury or disorders of the nervous system.
