Abuja in July shortlisted 14 Directors for an examination to pick a federal Accountant General in place of suspended Ahmed Idris, whom the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has now charged to court over alleged N109 billion fraud.
A circular from the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation (OAGF), signed by Administration Director Mariya Rufai, was received on 6 July by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation (HoCSF), Folasade Yemi-Esan.
