A parody handle mimicking Twitter owner, Elon Musk, has recommended prison for Queer marchers who boated ‘We’re here, we’re Queer, and we’re coming for your children.’
Queer refers to people with sexual orientation and gender choices that are non-normative. It is the generic description for Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, and Transgender (LGBT) people.
While observing Pride Month (June 1 – 30) dedicated to celebrating lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT), marchers chanted: “We are weird, we are queer, we are coming for your children.”
In many jurisdictions in the United States, laws exist allowing children to be transitioned from their gender of birth to their preferred gender. Elon Musk is a strong opponent of that law.

Recall that Twitter had limited the reach of a documentary – What is a Woman? When Elon Musk removed the censorship on the documentary, it ballooned to more than 100 million reach in the first 24 hours. This led to a protest resignation by Twitter’s head of trust and safety, Ella Irwin.
The Twitter owner’s parody handle has now tweeted a video of Queer marchers with an accompanying comment: “These people should be thrown in prison.”
Transgender advocates have argued that transitioning children from their gender at birth to their preferred gender is crucial to overall health and well-being as it increases the child or adolescent confidence while navigating the changes.
