Hakeem Jamiu won his polling unit for his political party, APC after polling 106 votes, PDP came 2nd with 16 votes while SDP garnered 10 votes

The Ekiti State House of Assembly Deputy Speaker, Rt Hon Hakeem Jamiu has delivered his polling booth handsomely for his political party, the All Progressives Party APC.
He won his Igbemo Ward, Unit 15 AUD Polling Unit in a landslide victory for the candidate of the APC, Biodun Oyebanji, who gathered 106 votes.

The main opposition party in the state, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) came a distant second with 13 votes for its candidate, Mr Bisi Kolawole.
While the former state governor, Segun Oni came third under the umbrella of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) after garnering a total of 10 votes.
The other 13 political parties who are contesting the election, got various votes with some recording zero in the polling unit.
As of this report, the election is still going on and counting is continuing in various polling booths.
