Eedris Abdulkareem drags Adeboye, accuses pastor of hypocrisy

Eedris also challenged Adeboye to stage a one-million-man protest against Tinubu’s government like he did under  Jonathan

Veteran rapper, Eedris Turayo Abdulkareem Ajenifuja, popularly known as Eedris Abdulkareem has slammed the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboy in his new single ‘Emilokan’

In the song, the singer accused the clergyman of hypocrisy, saying rather than protest against bad governance under Tinubu, he claimed “Nigeria has spiritual problems”, despite matching on the streets when former President, Goodlcuk Jonathan was in charge. 

He went on to challenge the General Overseer to stage a one-million-man protest against President Tinubu’s government like he did during Jonathan.

The controversial artiste further added
that it was high time Pastor Adeboye spoke truth to power.

“Where our daddy, Pastor Adeboye? During Goodlcuk Jonathan[‘s regime], your voice was so loud. You even vowed to stage a one-million-man march. Hunger and hardship under Tinubu government, you say Nigeria get spiritual problems,” Eedris rapped.

He added: “Baba, we need your one million disciples to protest against President Tinubu government just the way you protested against President Jonathan. Daddy, abi legs don dey pain your disciples?

“In fact, this na very big hypocrisy. It’s time for you to speak the truth to power because hunger wan kill Nigerians.”
