Edo Sports Commission hails Obaseki, assures more support

The Edo State Sports Commission Chairman, Barrister Godwin Dudu Orumen has congratulated the newly elected Edo State governor Godwin Obaseki on his victory in Saturday’s governorship elections.


Speaking on behalf of the teeming sportsmen and women in the state, Dudu-Orumen said the governor was victorious owing to  ardent hardwork and monumental achievement wrought in the past four years.

According to a statement released by the sports commission, Dudu-Orumen assured the governor of a renewed commitment and rededication in making sure that the sports blueprint of Edo State is adequately implemented.

Dudu-Orumen wished the governor Obaseki well in his new term on the saddle.

Congratulations on your Well Deserved Re-Election as Edo State GovernorIt is with great excitement that I on behalf of the entire members of staff of the Edo State Sports Commission congratulate you on your re election for a second term as Governor at the recently concluded September 19th 2020 Governorship election.

Indeed it was a hard fought election in which your enviable achievements in your first term propelled you to a well deserved  victory.
