DJ Cuppy had earlier been invited by the highly revered British monarch to grace the 2024 edition of the ‘King’s Trust Awards‘

Nigerian disc jockey and Afrobeats singer, Florence Otedola, aka DJ Cuppy, has expressed delight over her recent appointment as King’s Trust International Ambassador to British monarch, King Charles III.
TheNiche had earlier reported that the popular disc jockey was invited by the highly revered monarch to grace the 2024 ‘King’s Trust Awards’.
This was made known by DJ Cuppy after sharing a copy of the invite via her X (formerly Twitter) handle on Friday.
“The Master of The King’s Household is commanded by His Majesty to invite Ms Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola to a Reception to be given at Buckingham Palace by The King in celebration of The King’s Trust Awards 2024.” the Invitation read.

However, during the event at the Buckingham Palace on Friday, she was appointed as a King’s Trust International Ambassador by King Charles III.
Reacting to her appointment, DJ Cuppy said she was honoured and proud of the new role.
Sharing a picture of her and King Charles III via her X handle, she wrote: “Honoured to have been invited for a special reception with his Majesty the King, at Buckingham palace.
“I am so proud to be a @KingsTrustInt Ambassador.”
