Yul Edochie had in 2021 congratulated his 16-year-old daughter for scoring 241 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations

Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, could not hide his excitement as his first child, Danielle, matriculated into one of the Nigerian universities on Friday.
The actor who made this known on his Instagram page, also said he had to abandon his duties and fly back to Lagos to attend the event.
The elated father who shared the picture of himself, his wife, Mary, and the celebrant on the microblogging platform, also played for his daughter.

He went on to explain that she could not hide her joy after seeing him, because she was not expecting him at the ceremony, adding that it’s important to take care of “family first ” before work.
Edochie wrote, “She couldn’t hold back her excitement. She didn’t know I would turn up because I was out of Lagos when we spoke two days ago.
“I had to put my work on hold and fly in for her matriculation. Family first. Big big achievement for my daughter.
“Congratulations @danielleyuledochie on your matriculation. Daddy is super proud of you.
“In our matriculation days (1998) they called us ‘jambites’. I don’t know what they call you guys now. Whatever it is, enjoy your day.”
In another post, the 40-year-old actor told his daughter that he and her mum are proud of her and went in to shower prayers on the new undergraduate.
“Congratulations to my daughter @danielleyuledochie on your matriculation. Mummy @mayyuledochie and Daddy are super proud of you. The sky will be your starting point.
“You shall be 10 times greater than your father and your grandfather. We love you,” he added.
Meanwhile, Yuls Edochie had in 2021 congratulated his 16-year-old daughter for scoring 241 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations.
In the congratulatory message, he also challenged her to pass West African Examination Council (WAEC) papers in one sitting and get a surprise gift.
He said “My daughter, Danielle scored 241 in JAMB. And I am super proud of her. That’s brilliant. Big congratulations to you Danielle. Mummy and Daddy are proud of you. So as you start WAEC, we wish you the best. Clear all your papers once and Daddy will surprise you with a gift. By God’s grace, I will have enough money to buy you anything you want. We love you very much.”
Danielle is the first of Yul Edochie’s four children, who are evenly divided into two boys and two girls, the others are Kambi, Karl, and Victory.
