Justice Kabir Dabo of Kaduna State High Court sitting in Dogarawa, Sabon Gari, Zaria on Friday afternoon upheld the appointment of Alhaji Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli as the 19th Emir of Zazzau.
The presiding judge, also ruled that the Emir can be inaugurated on Monday, November 9 by Governor Ahmed Nasir El-Rufai.
The ruling is sequel to a suit filed by Iyan Zazzau, Bashar Aminu, challenging the appointment of the new Emir.
