The Federal High Court (FHC) sitting in Abuja has ordered the Department of Security Service (DSS) to vacate the Abuja residence of the immediate past National Security Adviser (NSA), Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd.), and allow him to travel for medical treatment abroad.

At the hearing on Friday, Justice Ademola Adeniyi also chided the Service for disobeying the order granting Dasuki the leave for the medical checkup and instead held him hostage for over a week.

Justice Ademola, in his ruling, asked the counsel to the Federal Government and the DSS, Shuaibu Labaran, to direct his clients to comply with the November 3 court order and immediately vacate his home.
