The ‘Jaye Lo’ crooner also seized the opportunity to call attention to the poor condition of the Lekki road where the accident occurred, urging the government to address the road’s deteriorated state.

Speaking via his social media page, Logo Olori wrote, “Thank God for life. Only one Godfather 001 @davido

“New whip on the way.

“Make them try do Lekki road.”

Logos Olori sparked controversy in July following the release of the video of his debut single ‘Jaye Lo’.

It all began when DMW boss, Davido shared a clip from the video which featured people praying and dancing in front of a Mosque.

The video was later condemned by netizens, especially Muslims who tagged it as “disrespectful to Islam.”

After initially ignoring the criticisms, Davido later deleted the video from his social media pages and shot a new one for his artiste.
