Charles and Mother 3

“NO one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment,” stated Article 5 Treaty promulgated on 10th December 1948 by the General Assembly of United Nations proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) binding on all 51 member nations of Commonwealth. Article 9 Treaty says: “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile”, while Article 12 Treaty remarked that “No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.”

From all indications, going by several inhuman atrocities consistently carried out by United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA) to debase Commonwealth citizens (coloured people), who are raided in their homes without any warrant of arrest, beaten, dragged and held in various British Immigration Centres across UK, plagued daily by extensive torture, no-fair legal hearing, humiliation and dehumanisation, it has become crystal clear that the British Government, ironically Head of Commonwealth under Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, ably supported by Prince of Wales, Prince Charles and British Prime Minister David Cameron – all in the know, have violated Article 5, 9 and 12 of UDHR 1948.

It is tragically sad that Prince Charles Phillip Arthur George, eldest child and heir apparent of Queen Elizabeth II, known alternatively as Duke of Rothesay and in South West England as Duke of Cornwall could not bring the attention of the mother to the obvious violation of UDHR 1948, a superior law binding on all members of the Commonwealth nations.

Unfortunately, Queen Elizabeth II, British Royal Monarch who has been on the throne since ascension in 1952 as Queen of UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Head of Commonwealth had by her breach of the UDHR 1948 Treaty, ridiculed, rubbished and tarnished the sovereignty of the Commonwealth laws through the grand plan orchestrated by the British Government to perpetually enslave the coloured people.

Evidential Documents confirmed Plots to ‘Wipe out Commonwealth people

Shocking documents in our possession confirmed this nefarious plan being led by UKBA to finally ensure the black race or coloured people from Commonwealth nations are in everlasting slavery. In a letter with Reference Number: FOI 9564 sent to Independent Diplomat Commission, IDC, UK signed by David Goggin, Detention Services Directorate of UKBA under Freedom of Information Act 2000, it reads: “Thank you for your letter dated 26th May 2008. You have asked for the official disclosure of the death toll in the 10 Immigration Detention Centres in UK and Scotland. You have also asked for the death toll in all the prisons in UK. Since 1989, there had been a total of 12 deaths in UK Immigration Removal Centres. Of these, eight were recorded cases as self-inflicted deaths.” Missing in the reply were names, exact numbers of Commonwealth citizens under detention in various Immigration Centres till date, circumstantial evidence that led to the deaths of these Commonwealth citizens, where they were buried and what compensation the British authorities have undertaken to reach out to their families. It was clear from their letter that no diplomatic contact was made with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of those Commonwealth nations affected. All these are parts of the demand made by IDC to UKBA, but were not answered.

Responding to the flurry of request from IDC on this matter on behalf of behalf of Queen Elizabeth II in Buckingham Palace signed by Sonia Bonici, Senior Correspondence Officer on 25th July 2008, she said, “The Queen has asked me to thank you for your letter dated 26th May, and I apologize for the delay in replying. Due to the high volume of mails received in recent weeks, correspondence has been dealt with in strict date order. Her Majesty took careful note of your comments regarding disclosure of information about individuals detained at various detention Immigration centres within the UK. I must tell you, however, that this is not a matter in which the Queen would intervene. Nevertheless, I have been instructed to send your letter to Honorable Jacqui Smith, MP, the Home Secretary, so that she may know of your approach to Her Majesty on this matter and may consider the points you raise.”
In a decoy of deceit, foolery and make-belief, an apt letter written out of Clarence House, London SW1A 1BA on 9th May 2008 signed on behalf of Prince Charles by Clive Alderton, Deputy Private Secretary to TRH The Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall, reads: “The Prince of Wales was grateful for your letter of 20th April about the work of your Independent Diplomat Commission. The matters which you raised fall within jurisdiction of Home Office and I have passed your concerns on operations of Border & Immigration Agency to the Home Secretary with the request that she examines them in the necessary detail. This comes with the Prince of Wales’s warmest good wishes.”

Till this present time, nothing came out of the instruction given by Prince of Wales to the Home Secretary, while the Commonwealth citizens continually suffer pains, unending tortures in detention.

British Prime Minister, David Cameron had no immediate plans to resolve these crises, as he was silent in steps to be taken to bring back the dignity and honour of the coloured people. In a letter written on his behalf from 10 Downing Street, London SW1A 2AA dated 11th June 2010 and singed by Mr S Caine (no title attached), it reads: “The Prime Minister has asked me to thank you very much for sending him the enclosed CD ‘Voice of Liberation’. Mr Cameron really appreciates your kind thought and is most grateful for your support and good wishes.”

‘British Government sees coloured people as Slaves’ – Prof. Alexia Thomas, President, IDC UK

                                                 Prof. AlexiaThomas

Professor Alexia Thomas, fiery British activist and President of Independent Diplomat Commission (IDC), UK expressed sadness over the manner and various manipulative ways in which Commonwealth citizens were being dehumanised. Her words: “Truth is, British authority convinced Queen Elizabeth to hands-off issues of coloured people who they see as slaves, to be handled only by slave masters.”

Fact remains that every human being is born equal, male and female, irrespective of their race, nationality and colour. As such, everyone should be accorded dignity, honour and respect meant for mankind without any violation of the person’s right to life, movement, expression and association.

We will kindly leave you with the words of these great philosophers below:
