This development is coming after a Nigerian chef from Akwa-Ibom state,
Hilda Baci attempted to set a record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual.
She cooked for a total of 100 hours and 40 minutes non-stop as she challenged the world record of 87 hours 45 minutes previously set in 2019 by an Indian chef, Lata Tondon.
Even though the cook-a-thon is yet to be ratified by the GWR, another Nigerian chef, Damilola Adeparusi, from Ekiti state commenced a 120-hour cooking marathon on June 9 in an attempt to erase her yet to be acknowledged record.
Having drawn inspiration from the two ladies, Woli Arole, who began his career as an actor and stand-up comedian at Obafemi Awolowo University, will be expected to pray for a little over 208 days, whenever he commences the praying marathon.
He came into the limelight after he auditioned and became a finalist at the Alibaba Spontaneity contest in Lagos.
In April, the 33-year-old actor debuted an eponymous live show called ‘The Chat Room With Woli Arole’.
