Cole Palmer, other Chelsea players bid Pochettino goodbye after exit

Chelsea winger, Cole Palmer and some of his colleagues at the London club, have taken to social media to bid their former coach, Mauricio Pochettino farewell after his exit. 

The Argentine tactician departed from the Premier League club on Tuesday less than one year after singing for the outfit.

His departure came after discussions with sporting directors, Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart.

Speaking after his decision to leave Stamford Bridge, both parties claim it is by “mutual consent”.

However, following his exit, Cole Palmer, who is the top scorer for the club this season took to his Instagram page to wish him all the best.

He wrote: “Gaffer, thank you for everything you have done for me & making my dreams come true. All the best.”

Also thanking Pochettino, Chelsea winger, Noni Madueke wrote on his Instagram story: “Thank you,” along with a picture of Pochettino placing an arm around him.

Blues defender, Marc Cucurella, added: “Thank you for everything mister. Good luck in the future.”

While Mykailho Mudryk captioned a picture of Pochettino talking into his ear. “Thank you for everything.”
