A Lagos-based international Graduate School, Centre for International Advanced and Professional Studies (CIAPS), will play host to senior Human Resources and Talent Managers from different sectors and industries from Nigeria and other African countries.
These experts are expected to gather in Lagos for a one-day conference to discuss business transformation from the HR perspectives in a reflective forum that allows networking and exchange of ideas between professionals.
CIAPS Centre Director, Anthony Kila, who confirmed the event, said that the programme themed “Unlocking business Transformation: HR Perspectives” is targeted at experienced and new HR Managers who want to improve their performance and those who are new to the role but want to reach high levels.

He noted that the main aim of the forum is to make HR practitioners strategic partners to the advancement of businesses and to achieve this, the CIAPS HR Quarterly forum will work with HR and Talent Managers as well as other experts to discuss and discover trends in global HR and their impact on local practice, business knowledge to foster professional HR Practice and the impact of digital disruptions and see them as an opportunity to advance business objectives.
The event is slated for Thursday 3rd March 2022 and will start at 10 am and finish at 1 pm with red carpet and cocktails.
