Chelsea football Club of England have taken out time to congratulate their player and Super Eagles youngster, Ola Aina, for making his full international debut in Nigeria’s 1-0 win against Zambia.
The reigning English champions first posted a birthday shout out to Aina who turned 20 on their official website. ”Happy birthday @Aina2Ola, and congratulations on making your full international debut for Nigeria.
The blues then went on to briefly summarize the Nigerian World Cup qualifier match that secured a place in Russia for the Super Eagles, also mentioning Nigerian captain Mikel Obi who played for the Stamford Bridge outfit for 10 years before joining Tianjin Teda of China.
“Nigeria weathered the inevitable Zambian onslaught comfortably in the closing stages to make sure they will be in action in Russia in 2018,”
”Ola Aina came on with 79 minutes played to make his full international debut. Our former player John Mikel Obi was also part of the side.” The message concluded.
Ola Aina is currently on loan at English championship side Hull City where he has been in spectacular form.
Aina joined Chelsea at the age of 11 and is making positive progress towards a dream return to his parent club.
