Card reader failed to work at Santos Layout booth 033, Akowonjo area of Lagos state.
But INEC officials gave numbers to voters so that they can vote without the card reader when normal vote starts.
Turnout at the polling booth 033 is very impressive except at booth 061 where PVCs were not available for collection.
Card readers fails at Jonathan’s ward
Two card readers at President Jonathan’s ward 13, unit 39 failed to function as he and his wife, Dame Patience and his mother, Eunice, lined up for accreditation by 9:15am.
INEC officials present have sent for fresh card readers to be brought from the nearest polling unit.
