Burna Boy tells ex-girlfriend, Stafflon Don, to move on after ‘mummy’s boy’ comment 

Burna Boy and Stefflon Don dated publicly for two and a half years between 2019 to late 2021, before they surprisingly broke up and went their separate ways

Ace Nigerian singer, Damini Ogulu better known as Burna Boy, has replied British rapper and ex-girlfriend, Stafflon Don, after she seemingly threw a shade at him.  

The award-winning artiste and his mother, Bose Ogulu, who once managed him share a strong bond and are known to have a very close relationship. 

However, a recent viral video, which made the rounds on social media showed Stafflon Don dancing energetically to a TikTok sound, with the caption of the video suggesting the Britton would love to meet and date a man, who is not a ‘mummy’s boy’.

The caption reads, “When he is a man and not a mummy’s boy.”

Apparently reacting to her subtle jab, Burna Boy took to his Instagram page to advise his ex-lover to move on from what they once had. 

“Move on,” he wrote.

Burna Boy and Stefflon Don dated publicly for two and a half years between 2019 to late 2021. 

Reasons for their breakup remain unknown to their fans and other netizens but the British rapper in September this year, spoke about their split for the first time.  

Her post-breakup tweet which alleged people aren’t always who they seemed to be when money and fame are involved, however, sparked rumours that the romance ended due to infidelity on Burna Boy’s part.
