Burna Boy made history as the first African artiste to perform at a Champions League final, after thrilling the audience with a medley of his hit songs ‘Last Last’ and ‘It’s Plenty’ at the event.

Speaking with Paramount+ shortly after the game, the Grammy-winning artiste said it was an amazing feeling to perform at the European elite competition.

He also admitted he did not want Man City to win the encounter because he is a fan of their rival, Man United.

He said, “This was most amazing thing, even though I honestly didn’t want City to win for sentimental reasons, it’s okay.

“It is amazing performing at the UCL final.”

However, with Man City’s win over Inter Milan,  they have now become the second English team to ever win the Treble of Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League in the same season after local rivals, Man United did in 1999.
