Burma Boy went on to admit his anger always gets the better of him while promising to work on being a better person.

The song reads: “I should have talked to grandaddy before it’s too late.

“I should have talked to Sound Sultan more before he died. I should show people more love while they are still alive.

“I should always know the way my people feel inside.

“I’m trying to be a better man, I’ve been trying, I got it all but I still got my anger.”

Sound Sultan died in the United States on July 11, 2021, after a long battle with throat cancer and his death came as a shock to his fans and other Nigerians.

The late songwriter began his music career in the early 90s but became famous after releasing the hit song ‘jagbajantis’ released in 2000.
