President Muhammadu Buhari’s son-in-law, Mohammed Turad, has celebrated his birthday in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in grand style.
Turad, the son of Mahmud Sha’aban, married Buhari’s daughter, Hanan Buhari, in September 2020.
Turad is also a special adviser to Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola.
At a birthday dinner held in grand style to mark his birthday in the presence of close relatives, Turad was seen popping champagnes and feting with those at the bash.
Hanan shared photos from the dinner on Instastories. She captioned one of them:
“Happy birthday to my baby @mohd_turad.”
Hanan and Turad’s union was dubbed the ‘First Wedding’ being the first of its kind to be held inside Aso Villa, the seat of power.
Turad, a financial expert, is the son of a former lawmaker Mahmud Sha’aban who represented Zaria in the House of Representatives from May 2003 to May 2007.
Sha’aban is also a former governorship candidate in Kaduna State under the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria.
